Carazzy Bloggin'!
(Hmm, my first problem with my blogger. This is what I could recover from what I wrote, that didn't get published the first time):
Hey, didn't I just post a new entry yesterday? And many of you probably haven't even read it yet! Or maybe you did but it wasn't comment worthy. That's ok, I'll still keep blogging.
I was looking for a picture on my computer and I came across one that was so great, I had to post it to the Picture Album. Please, go have a look if have the login credentials. I posted a new one of Haley, but that's not the one I mean.
Aside from that, I thought it might be fun to post some facts about me. Some you may already know, some you may not. I will only do 10 to start, but I might add more down the road. Here's your first 10, in no particular order:
10 Li'l Ole Facts About Me
- I used to bowl in college for the official team. I worked at the bowling alley, too. I actually got a little bit good at bowling for a while there.
- I can no longer bowl, and it has nothing to do with having four children. This breaks my heart and I still dream about bowling quite frequently (pathetic? maybe, but that's me for ya).
- I type 70 words per minute, give or take. According to this site using their 3 minute test, my gross speed is 76 wpm and net, accounting for errors, is 72 wpm.
- I despise elevators and will take the stairs whenever possible.
- I met my husband in college. We worked together and had mutual friends.
- We didn't start dating until senior year when HE kissed ME (a debate in our household). Still not sure how it happened, but glad it did.
- My first car was a 1977 Chrysler Cordoba, with its "fine Corinthian leather," 400 cubic inch engine and all. I paid $800 cash for it after working two jobs all summer, and gosh, I LOVED that car!
- I cried when I had to trade in my Cordoba. She was named G.G., short for gas guzzler.
- I can STILL parallel park like a pro. Thanks no doubt to driving a Cordoba while living in the city (translation: your 'garage' was finding a spot on the street).
- My future husband used to slam the doors when he exited the Cordoba. The doors were big, but such slamming was unnecessary roughness on my baby. Amazing we hooked up after that flaw of his. ;-)
Ok, go ahead and comment if you'd like. I'd love to hear some of yours, and I'll probably post more down the road.
Comments
I did not slam the doors, they slammed themselves because they weighed 2.5 tons each. And, I was just looking for the frisbee!

Coming out of lurkdom (a world where I happily reside) to say that Haley (in that pic) looks so much like my extra child that they could be siblings. But you can't have him because he is so much happier than my trio - I won't be giving him up.
Fun memories about your first car. Made me think of my first - a BRIGHT yellow VW Bug circa '73. I don't know exactly. I learned to drive on it in Germany and then it didn't run to much after that. My dad did build (what was he thinking?) a new battery for it. On the dining room hardwood floor. My mom was not as impressed as I was.
I'll try to comment every so often.

I have to side with Angela on the door slamming issue. Aaron's always been a car door slammer. I was always worried he was going to break a window or something. Not really sure what's behind that...
